Consolidation of Brockweir Quay

This project is to consolidate the stonework at Brockweir Quay. It will involve a local community group, the local college and a contractor. This is historically the busiest quay on the Wye, where cargo was transferred between sea going ships and river going barges. It is open to the general public and is one of the sites in the ‘overlooking the weir’ heritage lottery fund ltd.
