Construction of Vehicular Access to Broadmeadow

Broadmeadow is an area of superb ecological interest and a Site of Biological Importance due to its Lowland Meaadow Habitat which regularly floods. Transferred to Tamworth Borough Council in 2013 the site is in need of management to maximise the biodiversity and public access to the site. The first priority is to create vehicular access for authorised vehicles to allow management works to be undertaken. The route will also provide a pedestrian route suitable for all onto Broadmeadow.
