Conversion of Bus-Post to Environmental Community Greenhouse, Existing Woodchip Patio to be Converted to Patio Slabs

We wish to convert our bus post to an environmental community greenhouse for all & to allow access for disabled & infirm all around our environmental features for our outside activities & enjoying access to our environmental gardens
