Conversion of Changing Room to Function Room

The Village Hall consists of a main hall, small meeting room, kitchen and toilets.The large football changing rooms attached are now not used as they did not meet the FA new guidelines. We would like to convert this adjoining room into a modern larger meeting room for general usage, as presently we are unable to attract more than one organisation at a time. Being fully booked on a daily basis we are having to restrict more local organisations who wish to hire the hall.
To completely refurbish the old changing room into a modern useable meeting room to meet modern acceptable standards.
