Conversion of redundant annex building at New Haw Community Centre into a new Community Centre

This project seeks funding to convert an existing redundant annex building at New Haw Community Centre into an additional community hall.
Situated centrally within the New Haw community the Centre is available for use by the general public 7 days a week. The two existing halls are utilised to capacity by a wide range of local groups and organisations and private hirers and there is a clear need for additional facilities.
The annex requires substantial renovation and work will include provision of replacement windows, kitchen and toilet facilities, roof insulation, updating of the heating system and new flooring.
