Cornerstones

The aim of the project is to provide a building in Chester – le – Street for use by individuals and by organisations operating locally in the voluntary and charitable sectors to enable them to provide services which will be of benefit to the local community. The building has been designed in such a way as to also facilitate its use as a venue for cultural events and indoor recreational activities. The need for such a facility was established by market research carried out at the time when the project was being developed. LCF monies have been applied for in respect of a specific element of the costs of the project.
