Costessey Scout Hall Refurbishment #2

To carry out further refurbishment to the Scout Hall to provide increased security, improve the access area and roadway along with an updated heating system. In addition the old storage shed will be removed and a new storage facility put in place together with the purchase of a new mess tent.
