To provide an exciting, inclusive and safe playground for preschool aged children adjacent to the recreation ground in Cottenham. The site is 20m by 20m adjoining the new nursery and will be on a single level wetpour pad. Equipment includes a multi-play unit with a large platform with a ships wheel, 3 different access routes and two little house/shop areas. This provides plenty of opportunity to climb, explore and make believe. The swing has two seats, one of which is disability friendly. Additional play equipment we hope will include a seesaw, a glockenspiel for sensory stimulation, and a swirly seat accessible for disabled users.
