Could the waste product Struvite be a valuable phosphate fertiliser for agriculture?

To investigate the technical and commercial potential for utilising the high phosphate content of Struvite (a waste from sewage sludge and animal production), as a valuable fertiliser in agriculture - reducing the volume of Struvite to landfill and replacing manufactured fertilisers.
