Cow Close Community Corner

When Cow Close Library was identified for closure, the community formed the Cow Close Community Corner group to secure the property for local residents and re-open it as a library and drop-in centre. The project involves work to improve the condition of the property and its external environment by installing new uPVC double glazed windows and erecting fencing and a gate.
