Cragston Close – Treasured Space

We believe that people everywhere and of every age need places to treasure. Whether its a place to kick a football about, a place to relax, or a place to have fun. Not everyone is getting the benefit of good outside space. some people are missing out and some communities just don’t have any green space to treasure. We are running a campaign to encourage more people to get involved with supporting and improving local treasured spaces. Cragston Close is located in an urban area between three tower blocks. It consists of overgrown shrubs and trees, broken benches and paths . The site currently looks uninviting and unsafe and as a result is underused by residents. It has been identified as a priority for improvements by local residents, Councillors and community activists. The project will be designed to improve the functionality, safety and environment of the site by implementing landscaping works as designed by the local community.
