Creating a Community Heritage and Culture Centre in St James’ Church, Benwell

Refurbishment of St James’ Church hall to create an attractive and user-friendly community space suitable for use as a multi-purpose venue for a variety of heritage and culture activities for the people of the west end of Newcastle.

SITA Trust funding will be used for a new insulated ceiling and lighting system. The wider works will involve new flooring, full redecoration and a new dedicated entrance.
