Creating a multi-purpose, child-safe garden terrace

1. To complete clearance of an old outbuilding and scrub land to give the only outdoor space at the Rooms; 2. To create a garden/cafe terrace, which will be a major addition to the facilities of the Rooms; 3. To improve the outlook from the exisiting hireable rooms, removing a dangerous eyesore and creating a safe environment.
