Creating An Accessible Vibrant and Modern Clubhouse in Newcastle for Sport and Recreation Activities

Our project consists of physical improvements to our timber framed clubhouse to create a vibrant modern and accessible clubhouse which will promote greater community use and benefit club sustainability. It now requires complete modernisation to make it more energy efficient, accessible and fit for today’s purpose. The project will consist of: – Replacing the exterior cladding and fully insulating the building to be more energy efficient Slightly extending the building to incorporate a small kit and equipment store to provide a secure and weather proof storage facility Improving the overall internal and external main club entrance/foyer area and overall access to provide a focal point (with outdoor seating/viewing area) to improve local awareness and encourage greater use by the wider community.
