Creation of a New Community Centre

Replace existing out of date inadequate building with new purpose built hall which will be eco- friendly both in heating and water harvesting. The hall will also aim to reduce noise pollution. The hall will help fill the vacuum caused by the closure of the sports hall next door to build Tesco. This deprived the area of the main leisure facility in a very deprived area.
