Cremorne Gardens Toilets

To refurbish, currently out of service, the Public toilets located in Cremorne Gardens, part of The Mere Park, Ellesmere.
The Park as part of the Mere Project, Ellesmere attracts approximately 250,000 visitors a year, the majority being families with children and the toilets used have been porto loos whilst the public toilets have been out of commission. The toilet block has been the victim of vandalism and now requires new doors, new windows, a redecoration inside with a small amount of plumbing works carried out, new guttering and replacement of some sofits and gable ends.
The Friends of the Mere propose to contract a building firm to replace existing doors, windows, sofits, gutters and gable ends, whilst the rest of the work will be undertaken by a working party of Friends of the Mere to carry out internal plumbing and re-decoration to re-instate a much needed facility within the Mere Project.
