Cressage Village Hall, Shrewsbury – Kitchen Refurbishment and Roof Repairs (005486)

The project is to modernise a local community building to ensure it remains fit for purpose for our local community to use. At present the hall is well used with many local groups using it for a host of activities. However, through visual checks & consultation with the community, it has grown apparent there are some major deficiencies that need updating if the hall is to continue to remain open and grow our offer sustainably. The project is split into four parts; Refurbish heating to the kitchen and utility rooms, improve access and paving area to village hall for better access and remove current causes of damp, Refurbish the kitchen and fix the leaking roof.
