Cricket club facilities upgrade

The project will extend the current footprint of the building to allow two new roomier changing rooms to be built and for the shower area to be extended from 2 showers to 6 in line with recommendations from the ECB and Sport England (ECB TS5 Tech spec. ). This will require a new ,more efficient boiler which will be installed. In addition the small extension will allow proper disabled provision for the wellbeing and comfort of our disabled members. The front of the clubhouse will be improved by installation of new windows in the changing area to match the rest of the clubhouse. A new tiled roof will be built to replace the current wooden/felt construction which will help with weather proofing,security and insulation.The overall aim is to upgrade facilities and increase participation in sport across a number of sports including cricket,football,athletics and pilates.
