Cricket Square Improvements

The all - weather wicket is now 10 years old and starting to become dangerous. We wish to lay a new all - weather wicket on the edge of the square and also lay a new grass pitch where the old all- weather wicket was previously laid . The all-weather wicket is essential for the high quantity of games for all our colts teams. We have teams at U11, U13 and U15. In addition, in 2007, a girls team was formed. The new grass pitch will be used by our senior men's teams who play in the Devon Premier League. This is part of our ongoing programme to improve the quality of pitches on our square. As a focus club, we are encouraged by the English Cricket Board to continually improve our facilities to promote good quality sport.
