Crimdon Park & Dene

At Crimdon the Durham Coast Special Area of Conservation (SAC) is under pressure, past and current recreational pressures and natural processes provide a real challenge to the management of the site. This project will include habitat improvement works, removal of sycamore and develop as Ash woodland. Dene grassland enrichment, inversion and restoration of old access route, dune boardwalk, interpretation provision and provision of a leaflet.
