Crosby Juniors FC Pitch Drainage

Crosby Juniors FC was established in 2009, but has already increased the number of teams it operates from 1 to 5 and there is scope and interest in growing the club still further in both boys and girls teams. The aim of the project is to install dranage on the football field pitch (the only one in the village), which is used for practice and for matches. It is currently unplayable for a large proportion of the year druing wet weather and the club is forced to use other, more distant and unsuitable facilities with a financial cost. A properly drained pitch will alloiw increased use by the club and by other users for a wider range of activities.
