Provision of a community centre comprising of a dual purpose hall, reception, café, toilets (including disabled toilets), kitchen, meeting rooms, office, store room, car park and landscaping, general public access is available to the building. This registration relates to no more than 75% of the total costs does not cover the car parking, counselling room, cafe or office elements.
