Cuerden Valley Park to Buckshaw Village

To create a traffic-free greenway for pedestrians and cyclists between Cuerden Valley Park and the new residential village at Buckshaw. This will form part of National Cycle Network Route 55 and the start of an improved connection to Leyland.
