Cullaloe Access Improvement Project

Cullaloe is the largest Scottish Wildlife Trust reserve in Fife and has SSSI designation. The project aims to undertake a number of improvements for visitors to the reserve, including drainage installation, handrail repairs, construction of a section of boardwalk, a pond dipping platform, a footbridge over a burn and the creation of an all ability section of path leading to a viewpoint. The project also aims to improve biodiversity through construction and installation of bird/bat/owl boxes, clearance of silted up ponds as well as grassland monitoring and a survey of hazardous trees.
