Cullercoats Community Centre Toilet Block Renovation

We aim to make our very basic and worn out 28 year old toilet facilities, corridor & two entrance foyers safer, more user-friendly and energy efficient. We have only 1 working toilet in both the mens and womens and need a baby-changing facility for our three toddler groups.

The tiled toilet, foyer & corridor floors are cracked, loose and a safety hazard to both toddlers and elderly users and need replacing with safety rubber floor tiles. We need to install energy efficient safety radiators, lighting, hot water heaters and extractor fans and replace rotten wooden window-frames with double-glazed PVC ones.
