Curlew recovery Project

The project will establish the habitat characteristics curlews choose for nesting and feeding through identifying the extent, quality and distirbution thorugh carrying out surveys and gathering data to improve knowledge as to how curlews use sites for breeding and feeding. The findings will be used to inform the details of habitat management at Otmoor Nature reserve and other sites in the Upper Thames area, and funds will also be used to implementing habaitat management to improve the habitat for curlews.
