CYCLE SAFELY FOR FUN

*Create a mini “road system” in Townhill Park featuring most of the traffic signs children may encounter when riding their bicycles out on the road, providing free access to all, including those with disabilities.
*Encourage children to engage in physical exercise in keeping with NHS guidelines that children should exercise for at least one hour a day.
*Provide a safe, secure environment where children can learn to ride, improve their cycling ability, increase their confidence, exercise and play on 1.8 metre wide roadways with small bicycles and also have fun learning road sense. For safety reasons this will be a one way system.
