Dam House - Pond Restoration

Within the parkland we have a pond which is extremely silted up due to years of accumulation of leaf debris. With the services of a lanscape contractor we aim to remove most of the silt using a mechanical digger and suction pump. The resulting "sturry" to be transported off site and spread on a new woodland site based on an old colliery spoil heap as a soli improver.
