By improving the path and woodland environment the aim is to: • Improve access & visitor experience especially for people with mobility issues, wheelchair & pram users • Improve local biodiversity through the involvement of local people in environmental volunteering • Creating a safer, more accessible and inviting place for everyone to enjoy. • Better connectivity between neighbouring communities • Increase use of the woodland for physical & wellbeing activities • Encourage more active travel e.g. walking to school, increased use of reconnected cycle network route
