De La Salle Sports & Social Club, Salford – Clubhouse Renovation Phase 1 (5952/D/TP)

The existing clubhouse is a wooden building in a bad state of repair. It has wood rot in areas of the building, the roof leaks in several places and the interior is shabby with torn seats etc. The project aims to put a brick skin round the club with a new roof, small extension and a link corridor between the clubhouse and the new changing rooms, then to refurbish the inside. The redevelopment of this facility will enable the club to offer first class facilities, encouraging new people to join in the many activities taking place.
