Dean Court Community Centre Resurgam

The Centre is 11 years old and requires some refurbishment.
There are 14 window units that are suffering condensation inside the double glazing. The failure of the double glazing units is one of the reasons the electricity usage has increased.
4 heaters are not working properly leaving two rooms no longer heated adequately during cold spells.
There are timed taps in 6 toilets, all sticking despite regular maintenance and several of the taps fail to turn off. To get hot water in the kitchen sink, the tap has to run for several minutes.
An energy audit identified that LED lighting throughout the Centre and motion sensors for each room would reduce expenditure as well.
