Defying Extinction – Securing a Future for the Large Blue Butterfly

The project aims to manage and maintain calcereous grassland (UK priority HBAP) for the large blue butterfly (UK BAP) and 4 other UK BAP species including early gention, brown hairstreak, small eggar moth and nightingale. The project will focus on 4 sites within the Polden Hills SSSI.
