Denham Playground and Terrace

To install a bespoke playground at Denham Country Park to enhance the park and increase the profile of the Colne Valley Regional Park. The playground will be aimed at children up to 9 yrs old and be inclusive for those with disabilities. The design will reflect the heritage of the wider Colne Valley Park ie the Grand Union canal, quarried lakes and wildlife. This will be the first time this park has had any play equipment and will meet a clear demand from visitors. There is also a large terrace attached to the Visitor Centre which is in need of repair. A new roof will be installed to provide a covered area to meet, play and picnic.
