Derby Museum & Art Gallery: Purchase of the Arkwright Painting

Purchase a painting of Richard Arkwright which will be exhibited at the Museum & Art Gallery, general public access is available to the gallery. This application is subject to the condition that should the item be sold or no longer available to the general public, 6.6% of the value of the painting is to be returned to the EB.
