Development of Ardeer Homing society’s building

The building is prefab building with an asbestos roof which can be broken easy with local children throwing stones or climbing onto roof causing asbestos leakage. This could cause dangerous pollution to this residential community.

It has boarded up windows and old doors.

It currently has had a small kitchen fitted so refreshments and snacks can be made.

There is no heating system and the toilet is in need of upgrading.

It is an open space measuring 100 square meters. Once work is carried out it will be a good meeting space for the community with the potential to be transformed to meet the groups/services’ needs.
