Dibden Triangle Environmental Imporvements

Dibden Triangle is an open space surrounded by social housing, owned and managed by the London Borough of Islington.

The area is currently mainly used as a dog toilet with hardly any recreational value for local residents. Based on a community consultation it is planned to transform the site into a colourful community resource including planting to encourage biodiversity, formal and informal seating, improved accessibility, informal play features

There is scope for the nearby school to use the green space both formally as a nature study area, and informally as a space for picnics and informal play.
