Digging ‘Scrape’, Planting Wild Flowers, Raising Level of Footpath

Proposed to dig a scrape 25 metres by 15 metres in the middle of the flood meadow to increase biodiversity. The soil will be used on site to raise the level of a footpath to lessen its flooding. The scrape will be planted with appropriate wild flower plugs and the footpath embankments with grass and wild flower seed mix
