Dipping Into Nature: Pond Dipping Platform Replacement

This project involves installing a new pond dipping platform and boardwalk access at RSPB Leighton Moss Nature Reserve using recycled plastic to improve the sustainability and longevity of the structure. The current pond dipping platform, installed fifteen years ago, is reaching the end of its life, and we need to replace it. The pond has been well-used and loved features at the reserve, enjoyed by thousands of children and adults who explore its underwater life. Pond dipping is an easy-natured activity for families and individual visitors to participate in and a growing area of engagement with visitors.
