Disabled Access Energy Saving Screen

In brief we are looking to install a screen in the entrance foyer of the Town Hall for two reasons. The first is to help energy consumption in the building, trying to keep the heat from escaping The second is to help with disabled access. The new screen will be automatic hence aiding access to wheel chairs. The main doors are large and heavy and are awkward for wheelchairs, with a new screen these doors can be left open in the cold, allowing easier access for our many wheelchair users.
