Disabled access improvement and Roof Repair

There has been a review of the state of the building and various area of improvement have been identified and these have been identified as the highest priority so that the building is both maintained and enhanced for community use.
Additional disabled facilities are required to provide access to the building for the wider community. There is no ramp and the disabled toilets cannot accomodate a wheelchair.

Sections of the roof also need urgent attention.

Project work is;
1. Installation of a disabled ramp
2. Improvements to disabled toilets to give access to wheelchair users
3. Roof repairs
