Disabled Accessibility Improvements, Changing Room and Environmental Renovations – Shaw CC

To refurbish changing facilities at Shaw Cricket Club which are currently not accessible to all and in poor condition. Improvements will benefit all users and attract new by creating a safe, inclusive, comfortable space. Community use and social interaction will be increased. Works include: electrics, lighting, heating, driers, plastering, joinery, plumbing, drainage, access improvements, shower and toilet fixtures (including accessible safety fixtures), tiles/wetroom system, insulation, ventilation, doors, privacy glazing to window, refurbishment of changing rooms balcony (including suitable flooring/cladding), flooring, decoration, labour, scaffolding, barriers and waste removal.
