Disabled Fishing Platforms, Taff Bargoed

To provide wooden disabled fishing platforms adjacent to the lakes in Taff bargoed Community Park, so that disabled people will be able to fish safely and without difficulty, and be given the same opportunity to enjoy the facilities in the park.
