Disabled toilet & Tea bar

Build a disabled toilet and a tea bar inside the Church using pine panelling to blend with other internal structures, provide drainage to the main sewer on the street without disturbing existing graves. Dig out floor to install a waterproof membrane and strengthen the floor existing quarry tiles to be relayed. Provide water, water heater, lighting, electric power and radiators within both facilities. Fit out the toilet with suitable disabled features, sound proofing and porcelain as required. Fit out kitchen with sink, worktop and units.
