Discover Children’s Story Centre, Newham – Activity Centre Refurbishment (008035)

Discover Children’s Story Centre is a unique community space in the heart of Newham, that supports over 125,000 children and their families each year. The project aims to significantly reduce energy usage and improve their carbon footprint with the installation of solar panels to create sustainable energy. The works also include the creation of a new sedum green roof both improving the centre’s energy efficiency through improved insulation, and providing a new habitat for nature.
