Diversion of Organic Waste by Composting

The project is concerned with the composting of segregated greenwastes to produce a quality composted end product for use within the Fife area. This composting process will divert large volumes of waste from landfill. Determination of the key markets for using the end product. Further develop the project operations and site as a compost training facility and as a centre of best practice within Scotland
