The project seeks to enhance the quality of open space by creating a series of community artworks through the subway tunnel and under the spur road. The project also aims to encourage the use of the area by local residents as an access route to the Bridgewater canal and reduce its existing reputation as a dark and dreary site, which is commonly avoided
