Door renewal

Replace a broken door and instal a Health and Safety compliant fire door similar to existing but modernised to allow emergency exit for those, especially children, using the back hall. The current door, installed in the 1950s has deteriorated and is allowing not only draughts but vermin into the hall due to the erosion on the bottom of the door.
