Dovecot MAC, Liverpool - Community Centre Refurbishment (008249)

The building was closed during the Covid pandemic and unfortunately the upper floor suffered water ingress which caused damage to internal walls, floors and also fungal growth, and had to be closed to the public. This project will enable aims to repair guttering to the external of the building to prevent further leaking into the building, then repair and redecorate damaged areas of degradation to our building (walls, floors etc) that have occurred since it was closed. Once all repairs have been made, The upper floor will be open for hire by local community groups, as there is a massive demand in the area due to the closure of other community resources.
