Downton Memorial Hall Extension

The building of a two-storey extension to the Downton Memorial Hall which will provide:
1) accommodation on the ground floor for an expanded Downton Community Pre-School;
2) two meeting rooms on the first floor
3) one campus or ‘touch down’ room on the first floor for Wiltshire Police, Downton Surgery, Wiltshire Council Housing Officers and other agencies.
LTCS funds to be spent on the non pre school works only
