Dromore Park Maintenance

The funding is to introduce 2 part time wardens plus a van to improve and maintain the facilities and landscapes with Dromore Park. They would keep the park clean, tidy and safe for the public to use fully. It would be hoped that the officers would also be a contact for the public who wish to find out more about the biodiversity.
Facilities include a play area, attractive riverside walks, toilets and canoe steps. A new parking area has been provided near the Viaduct, off the Lurgan Road.
A van would be purchased and used to transport equipment and materials needed to carry out project works.
